Structured Wiring provides a
skeletal network of data cable and wire throughout your
home. This enables you to send data and information from
any location with a wall plate to any other area in your
house with a wall plate. In it's most common and
immediate use, you will use this network for basic
telephone and cable TV services. Where it departs from
the standard wiring normally included in your home is in
its capacity and capabilities.

data transmission exceeds that of standard wire by
approximately 10 times, making the most efficient use of
the broadband internet services available today and into
the future. Each telephone/data wire can accommodate up
to 4 telephone numbers with a transmission rate of
350mhz, verses two number at 25mhz with standard wire.
The coaxial cable is shielded four times and sweep
tested up to 2.2ghz, providing 99.99% shielding from
outside interference and the highest transmission rate
available today.
Some of the uses possible with
this system are the networking of computers to share
resources such as modems and printers, distributing
satellite or antenna signals to any TV in the house, the
installation of small office phone and communication
systems, and the modulation of video sources such as DVD
players or closed circuit cameras to any TV.
Customers have used this to keep
a watchful eye in the baby's nursery, the kids in the
backyard, or even to see who is at the front door when
the door bell rings. In short, it increased the
technical efficiency rating of your home ensuring that
the devices of today and tomorrow can be used easily and
without costly expense to rewire your home in the
future. |
