Our recent purchase of a Samsung TV, cabinet
and adjacent parts was a most pleasant and satisfying
experience. From marketing through installation all personnel

A number of years ago I walked into what had
been DS Audio to pick up a few small items. I had forgotten that
it had been sold that this was the official change over to
Stereo Barn. Unknown at the time, I became the first customer at
Stereo Barn's Reading store. I met Charlie Bock, the owner, and
was impressed by him and the merchandise he planned to carry.

I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed
working with your company on my Audio/Video systems purchase.
The work was done in a neat and orderly fasion, the systems
sound fantastic, everything was done exactly as advertised. The
installers were polite, courteous and helpful. They even showed
the cable guy a thing or two! I have to give Brian special
recognition. When he came back to finish up the remote systems,
he ended up helping the cable guy figure out his settings on the
cable boxes. He took the time to show me how to use everything
including the new Universal remote controls. In conclusion I
would just like to say the experience was thoroughly enjoyable!
